Changes to the Motor
Vehicle Dealers Act
As indicated in our news
bulletin of September 2000, a
review process intended to bring
about changes to the Motor
Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) is
being conducted by the Ministry
of Consumer and Business
Services (MCBS). The
Consultation Draft was ready on
December last year. We are
publishing it in order to
facilitate the consultation
process by giving all interested
parties the opportunity to read
the proposed modifications to
the Act. Hopefully this will
prompt even further feedback to
the Ministry.
