Notice of Annual and
General Meeting
OMVIC’s Board of Directors
invites members to take part in
the 2004 Annual and General
Meeting which will be held at
2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 26 in
the Dundas Room at the Hilton
Toronto Airport Hotel, 5875
Airport Road, Mississauga.
At the meeting the term of
office for three directors will
expire and their replacements
will be elected. The attachment
below will explain the election
process and provide biographical
information on the candidates
seeking election.
