A 12-member Board of
Directors, which is composed of
nine motor vehicle dealers, two
consumer representatives and one
government representative, plays
an important role:
- to provide business
direction to OMVIC,
- to ensure its financial
and functional viability,
- to ensure that
operational and financial
controls are working
properly,
- to provide OMVIC with
access to appropriate
resources, and,
- to communicate and
market OMVIC's benefits for
consumers, registrants and
government.
