This document certifies the
roadworthiness of a vehicle at
the time a safety inspection was
performed on it. This
certificate IS NOT A WARRANTY,
and should not be taken as such
under any circumstances. Safety
Standards Certificates are valid
for 36 days from the date of
inspection, and are issued by
any Licensed Motor Vehicle
Inspection Station from
Ontario's Ministry of
Transportation (MTO).
