IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGISTRANTS AND NEW APPLICANTS

We are currently experiencing application processing delays in the registration department due to an upgrade to our new online registration system and accompanying staff training. Do you have questions about becoming a registered dealer or how to be compliant with the MVDA?

Great news! OMVIC is reopening its front desk at 65 Overlea Blvd. every Thursday morning for a limited three-hour window.

  • Date: Every Thursday morning, from Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022 to Thursday, Jul. 20, 2023
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Details: Free visitor parking is available on site. Be sure to bring your licence and registration details, etc.

Given the limited schedule, we strongly encourage you to submit questions or enquiries through our website or contact OMVIC via phone or email for faster and more convenient service.

For new dealer applications, please note that in-person registration submissions will still follow the same procedures and evaluation as the online process. Though you are welcome to submit your registration application in-person during this timeframe, we will not be able to process applications on the spot. A drop-off box will also be available on-site for completed application submissions after-hours.
