OMVIC-Registered Dealers in the “Wholesaler”, “Broker”, “Exporter”, “Lease Finance Dealer” and “Fleet Lessor” classes can now opt for a flexible office space. Working with suppliers of virtual office space and business services, OMVIC has identified a package of services tailored to specified dealers that meets the premises and records storage requirements mandated in the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA).

The companies listed above offer virtual office services which may be suitable for “Wholesaler”, “Broker”, “Exporter”, “Lease Finance” and “Fleet Lessor” dealer classes. They have provided the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council ("OMVIC") with service agreements which set forth their virtual office services and provide for the facilitation of OMVIC inspections as well as the storage and retention of books and records, as set forth in the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 and its Regulations.
