Dear Registrants,

COVID-19 has created an unprecedented crisis affecting dealers, consumers and OMVIC alike. It has resulted in the closing of OMVIC’s head office to the public and moving nearly all functions to home offices. While OMVIC remains committed to its mandate and to serving Ontario’s consumers, dealers and salespeople, some service levels have been impacted. We are working diligently to lessen those impacts however it will require all of us to adapt and have flexibility with what lies ahead, which is why we are writing to you today.

You have been identified as a registrant who has not provided an email address to OMVIC (or signed up to use OMVIC’s online registration services), and we are asking for your cooperation.

During this crisis, OMVIC’s Dealer Standard newsletter and Bulletins, as well as other important communications such as registration renewal notices, will only be distributed digitally – via email and on OMVIC’s website.

Please take this opportunity to contact OMVIC’s Registration Team to update your registration information by providing an email address, or better yet, provide it by signing up for OMVIC’s online registration services. This will ensure you continue to receive all OMVIC communications and that you can renew your registration during these challenging times.
