On Oct. 11, 2019, the Registrar of OMVIC, Ontario’s vehicle sales regulator, ordered the IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION of Hudson’s Fine Cars Inc., located at 3715 Keele St., Unit: 15 & 16, North York, Toronto, and of the dealership’s director, Hamid Valizadeh, North York, Toronto. As a result, Hamid Valizadeh and Hudson’s Fine Cars Inc., was ordered to stop selling, leasing, buying or consigning vehicles.

Despite the issuance of the Immediate Suspension Order, OMVIC alleges the dealer has continued to trade in motor vehicles.

CONSUMERS ARE AGAIN WARNED not to buy or lease vehicles from, or sell or consign vehicles to, Hamid Valizadeh or Hudson’s Fine Cars Inc. while the dealer’s registration is suspended. Consumers who trade with an unregistered business or individual may not be protected by the Motor Vehicle Dealers Compensation Fund.

Charges related to the alleged breach of the Suspension Order are pending.

Note: The suspension is temporary. If requested by the dealer, within 15 days of the issuance of an immediate suspension order, a hearing will be held before the License Appeal Tribunal. The Tribunal will determine if the order should be extended until a final determination is made regarding the associated Proposal to Revoke Registration.
