OMVIC is working diligently to become a modern regulator and fulfill our consumer protection mandate. Part of our commitment to continuous improvement includes addressing the recommendations outlined in the 2021 value-for-money audit report completed by Ontario’s Auditor General.
OMVIC will remain transparent and accountable to Ontarians by posting a public action plan that provides an overview of the steps we have taken to address the Auditor General’s recommendations to date. The plan will be updated on a quarterly basis.
